Aboe studied Industrial Engineering and Management at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, which shaped his early instinct for efficiency and process design. He built practical experience across retail operations at Jumbo Supermarkten and customer service operations at KPN, two environments where process discipline and throughput directly determine results. Before turning 18, he had already launched his first venture. That entrepreneurial drive carried forward into nearly five years running his own business, and most recently into founding Haddad Trading, an international FMCG sourcing and trading company operating across Europe and the Middle East.

Through Valenta, Aboe brings that same operational mindset to small and mid-sized businesses in the Rotterdam area and across the broader Randstad.
