Amanda Eve helps driven professionals evaluate whether business ownership with Valenta is the right move for them. As VP of Franchise Development, she guides prospective Managing Partners through the full discovery process with one goal in mind: an honest answer, not a sale.

She brings nearly a decade of franchise experience to the role. At Schooley Mitchell, she spent years coaching more than 200 franchise owners across North America on sales strategy, pipeline development, and business growth before moving into franchise development and managing the full candidate pipeline. That background taught her what makes the difference between candidates who thrive in franchise ownership and those who do not, and she brings that clarity to every conversation at Valenta.

Amanda joined Valenta drawn by the company's position at the intersection of AI and franchising. The recurring revenue model, a global delivery team that handles all technical execution, and a market accelerating fast made it the right opportunity at the right time.

Amanda is based in Ontario, Canada, and works with prospective Managing Partners across North America and international markets.
