30+ Years Leadership Experience|20+ Countries Partner Network|Scalable Growth & Digital Transformation

Ian Bradley knows what it takes to launch a Valenta business and win clients, because he has done it himself. Before stepping into his role as Global Commercial Director, Ian sold Valenta's services directly as a partner, building real commercial experience from the ground up. That firsthand perspective shapes everything he does today: equipping Valenta's international network of Managing Partners with the tools, confidence, and systems to reach their first clients fast and build toward scalable, high-margin businesses.

As Global Commercial Director, Ian owns the commercial onboarding experience for new Managing Partners across Valenta's growing global network, which now spans 20+ countries. His mandate is straightforward: close the gap between a partner's potential and their first real results. That means structured launch frameworks, hands-on coaching, and the kind of commercial accountability that turns a strong first few months into a sustainable trajectory.

Ian brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to this role, and his credentials reflect that depth. As a Qualified Franchise Professional (QFP), he understands the mechanics, culture, and commercial realities of franchise systems at scale. He has seen what separates the partners who build seven-figure businesses from those who stall, and he has built his entire support model around those lessons.

Valenta's approach gives Ian's partners a distinct commercial edge. Unlike traditional consulting firms or standalone technology vendors, Valenta combines local market expertise with a global delivery infrastructure, bringing enterprise-grade Intelligent Automation, Digital Assistants, and Data and AI services to small and mid-sized businesses that need results without the overhead. Ian's role is to make sure every new Managing Partner understands how to sell that value clearly from day one, not after months of discovery.

His leadership philosophy centers on momentum. A partner's first 90 days set the tone for everything that follows, and Ian's focus is on building the right habits, systems, and early wins that sustain long-term growth. Consistency and accountability are not just words in Ian's playbook; they are the standard he holds himself and every partner to.

Outside of work, Ian spends time with his family, hiking and time at sea on his boat in Plymouth, England.
