Valenta was founded in Brisbane, Australia, in 2014 with a simple but bold idea: the operational expertise and automation capabilities that Fortune 500 companies enjoyed should be accessible to the companies driving local economies, the growing mid-market businesses and SMBs that keep communities running.
Co-founder Jayesh Kasim saw firsthand how smaller businesses were drowning in manual work, paying for headcount to do tasks that technology could handle, and being turned away, or overcharged, by the consulting firms that dominated the enterprise market.
So we built something different. Valenta would offer enterprise-grade results at SMB-accessible pricing, delivered by local experts backed by a global team. No lengthy implementations. No upfront capital. No IT drama. Just results, delivered as a service.
